In the name of God, the Merciful,

First and foremost, I extend my warmest greetings to you on Eid Al-Fitr Al-Mubarak, and I recite the Quran for our martyrs who have sacrificed their blood for our land. They shed blood for Libya to ensure it remains free from the clutches of France, traitors, or any other crusaders. I assure you, colonialism will come to an end, and so will the traitors. We will continue to fight, exhausting their resources until they are no more.

I reiterate, the colonizers will be defeated, as will the traitors. Those who betray our nation cannot persist here, as they lack both capability and support. They are mere agents of colonizers, and the Libyan people will not tolerate their presence. They command no respect.

Currently, NATO is facing defeat, yet they still wish to remain, but they lack the support of the people and the allegiance of our women. The Libyan people aspire to govern themselves. The sacrifices made by our martyrs will not be forgotten. The tribes mourning their sons cannot overlook this. Do you [crusaders] believe you can govern the Libyan people? Do you consider us animals?

The Libyan people will not yield, nor will they accept being treated like animals. There are numerous conflicts between the traitors and NATO. The crusaders and traitors will soon meet their downfall.

You must persevere in resistance.

Tripoli, continue to resist in every neighborhood; strike their checkpoints as they strike us. Each tribe and the youth should control their respective areas in Tripoli. Establish checkpoints in the streets. Fear not; you are millions. Attack from all sides.

Who can control the armed Al-Nwahi Al-Rabaa? Who can dominate the Warshfanaa tribe? They cannot.

Who can subdue the armed Ben Waled? Who can conquer the armed Sirte? Now all tribes are armed—Ben Waled, Sirte, Sabha, Aljfarah, Misurata—who is not armed? Our brothers in Barqa (east), who can control Ben Waled or the Almashashia Tribe? Without the permission of these tribes, no one can progress. You are armed; make it hell for them!

Of course, the enemy possesses advanced technology. NATO fears the Libyans. They do not want you to hear my voice, which is why they have destroyed everything, bombed our phone lines and TV stations. They believed they could silence us, but they have failed. We will confront them in every city and village. We are undaunted!

They even fear my voice. Simply hearing me is a danger to the colonizers. If we communicate with our tribes, it poses a threat to the colonizers and their agents, which exposes their weakness. If they were not weak, they would not have bombed our TV stations and would allow us to communicate. They fear our tribes connecting with one another; this further demonstrates their frailty and their desire for you to only consume their narratives, which also highlights their weakness.

Why does it frighten them when the Libyan people listen to my voice? Because they are weak and afraid. This is a deception; everything you hear is lies, it’s false.

Let this war continue for as long as necessary until we achieve victory. They cannot govern Libya because we are armed. They must surrender to the Libyan people. They possess nothing but agents. The colonizers will not remain here forever; this will end soon. NATO will not shield these agents indefinitely. They want you to live in fear because they themselves are afraid, unable to breathe. They severed all communications because they cannot endure. They devised this plot to steal our oil and occupy our land, so do not yield to those agents.
